Gbenga’s professional HR experience spans about 12 years in consulting and practice with different organizations from major sectors of the Nigerian economy, as well as Africa and Europe. He is also a Partner at Alan&Grant – a boutique People Development Company delivering bespoke solutions to organizations in core six (6) practice areas; Advisory, Strategy Design & Execution, Learning & Organization Design, Recruitment & Executive Selection, Outsourcing & Workforce Management, People Analytics & Surveys.
